Hotel Information

The Hilton Portland & Executive Tower is located in the heart of Portland. It features 782 guest rooms, 66,000 square feet of meeting space, and a pair of restaurants. With quick access to the light rail, guests have the opportunity to travel to a bevy of attractions, shops, and restaurants around the city.

Hotel Reservation Information

A block of guest rooms has been reserved for Joint Meeting participants. Group rates of $157 per night (plus applicable taxes) for the main hotel and $172 per night (plus applicable taxes) for the Executive Tower have been arranged from July 20-27, 2009.

Reservation Deadline

The reservation deadline to receive the conference rate is July 1, 2009.

Make your reservation early online or by calling the Hilton Portland & Executive Tower at 503-226-1611. Be sure to state that you are with the Joint Meeting of Ichthyologists and Herpetologists.

• Check-Out Time: Noon

The hotel will require an early departure charge for all guests who depart one or more days prior to their scheduled departure date. Departure dates are reconfirmed at check-in, and the fee will apply if departure date is changed after the check-in process is completed. If you wish to avoid an early departure fee, please advise the Hilton Portland & Executive Tower at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay.

Transportation Information Guest Parking

Overnight valet parking is $25 per night. Self-parking is available for $18 with in and out privileges. Rates are subject to change.
